As a lead character artist, I collaborated with other artists on the Battle Casters team to develop Kano (a fish-based fictional playable character) and his home environment. We decided on a coastal and sea-faring area. Following my workflow of the previous style guides (Earthen Nomads and Infernal Elves) I first got a better feel for the stoic Emperor Katuken. In this guide (lore specific elements have been redacted) I have included guidelines on facial structure, body types, clothing, and markings.

In order to shape out the characters, the task of worldbuilding was given to the art team. This included exploration of the lore of Jorg’s homeland and the creation of visual style guides for future game art. The Nomads are woodland and mountain-based people with slight elf-like ears. In this guide (lore specific elements redacted) I have included information on their facial structure, body types, eyes, horns, clothing, and markings.

As an artist for Battle Casters I was tasked with further developing the Infernal Elves, or the race that Vesta comes from. In order to get a better feel for the Infernal Elves I first designed what the leader, Empress Lydra, looked like. They were determined as being ethereal, beautiful. And proud people. In this guide (lore specific elements have been redacted) I have included guidelines on facial structure, body types, eyes, horns, clothing, and markings.
